What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket covers full access to The Welcome Home Social inside The Duck Club, which includes either a curated bourbon tasting with 3 1oz. pours or a craft beer tasting of 5 5oz. pours with delicious heavy appetizers, and interactive games/raffles. The DD ticket does not include in the alcohol tastings. Plus, your ticket grants you entry to enjoy the Akron RubberDucks baseball game at 7 17 Credit Union Park!
Where is the event located?
The event takes place at The Duck Club, located inside 7 17 Credit Union Park (home of the Akron RubberDucks) at 300 South Main Street, Akron, OH 44308
How does attending the social and watching the baseball game work?
The Duck Club offers a climate-controlled indoor social space with direct views of the ballfield, along with outdoor seating options. You can socialise, enjoy food and tastings, and watch the game right from the club suite without missing any of the action!
Is seating assigned for the baseball game?
Admission includes access to The Duck Club suite space and designated seating areas. You will receive a general admission writst band at check in.
Where should I park?
Parking is available in downtown Akron near Canal Park, including nearby city decks (such as the State Street Garage and Bowery Garage) as well as street parking options around Main Street.
What time do doors open?
Doors open at 5:30 PM. First pitch is at 6:35 PM and the game will most likely conclude after 9:30 PM.
How does my attendance help Habitat for Humanity of Summit County?
100% of event proceeds go directly toward funding Habitat’s mission in Summit County—helping local families achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance through safe, affordable homeownership and home repairs.
Can I participate in the raffles or donate if I can't stay for the whole game?
Absolutely! You are welcome to stay for as much or as little of the game as you like. Raffle ticket winners will be annouced on the winner board at 7:30PM. If you are a winner, you can wait to take home your prize after the game or take it home early.
What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code is Smart Casual / Business Casual. We encourage you to dress comfortably for an evening at the ballpark while enjoying our social and tasting experience.
