Estimator and Home Repair Technician

Join our team to play a crucial role in our home repair programs funded by ARPA, the City of Akron, and the FHLB. As the Estimator and Home Repair Technician, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of project objectives. This includes obtaining bid estimates, ensuring subcontractor compliance, securing necessary permits (though subcontractors pull their own), and scheduling all subcontractor work. You will also perform minor hands-on repairs. This position requires close collaboration with Site Leads and the President & CEO, with all work and purchases requiring the President’s approval. You will be the key point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring smooth and efficient project completion.
