Join us in celebrating a heartfelt milestone at Silver Maple Ridge! We are thrilled to welcome home the first three families—Donnie & Cierra, Irine, and Farkhod!
This marks the beginning of the Silver Maple Ridge community, a 16-home development that will provide more families with a place to call home and an overall community. The development will also feature Akron’s first new park in over 40 years!
These incredible families have shown dedication and perseverance by completing 250 hours of sweat equity, volunteering in the community, and attending homeowner classes to build the skills needed for homeowner success.
