Giving Back – Home Repair Recipient

Meet Toni Anderson—a beloved mother, grandmother, and the wife of the late U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Wesley Anderson. Her home recently received much-needed repairs as part of the Owens Corning Roof Deployment Project.

The Anderson family was well-known in the community for their kindness and generosity. We are thrilled to be able to support Toni and her family in return.

Just in time for Thanksgiving, TLC Roofing, Owens Corning Roofing, and Habitat for Humanity of Summit County joined forces to provide Toni with a brand-new roof. Thanks to the Owens Corning Foundation for donating the roofing materials and TLC Roofing for generously contributing their labor. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Toni expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the three  organizations that came together to support her.

The Owens Corning Roof Deployment Project is a nationwide initiative dedicated to honoring and giving back to veterans and their families. Since its launch in 2016, the program has provided new roofs to more than 625 military families. This is just the beginning of home repairs Toni will receive through Habitat for Humanity of Summit County, ensuring a safe and secure home for years to come.

Thank you for all the hard work and effort to make this day happen for me. It wouldn’t be possible without TLC Roofing, Owens Corning Roofing, and Habitat for Humanity of Summit County. I am just so grateful for all of this. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
