Laurenthia has one daughter Hilimah. They were both
born and raised in Akron, OH. Laurenthia currently
works as a Customer Service Agent. She would like to
complete her degree in Accounting and open her own
consulting firm. Halimah hopes to attend the
University of Akron to pursue her degree in Art: Digital
Animation.
Laurenthia has known about Habitat for years but
didn’t think she would qualify or need the program.
After looking into the program, she found it was
different than she imagined and was happy to find out
that she qualified for the program.
Laurenthia likes helping others, so Habitat is a perfect
fit.
