Indra is originally from Ghana, West Africa. She came to the
United States in 2018. Indra is a mother of 3 children but only
two of her children are with her in the U.S. at this time.
Indra heard about Habitat for Humanity from her sister Ema.
Ema had a friend who went through the Habitat program. After
hearing about how Habitat was helping people become
homeowners, Indra immediately become interested.
Indra is an STNA. She works at Intelycare and also Royal
Community Care in Akron. She will be starting nursing school
in January at Stark State College.
Indra loves God and Humanity. Even in the midst of tension
and overwhelming situations, she tries to keep a smile on her
face.
